Don't know why, but when the pictures are posted on the blog, they always seem to look better...3 whole eggs
2 egg yoke only
1/2 cup sugar goes in the custard
1/2 cups sugar and 1 tablespoon water go in a saucer and boil until sugar change into dark caramel color
1/2 vanilla pod and 1/4 cup milk go in another saucer and slow cook until boiling
3/4 cup cold milk
boiling water in pan bake at 250F for 45 to 55 minutes
